The Institut Français de la Mode offers the possibility for its students to participate in an extracurricular certificate that is organised in collaboration with Kering and aims to educate students about everything regarding sustainability.

As part of the certificate, students have to work on contribution projects with actual companies and I had the honor to work with "Association Reprise".

 

Reprise was developed to unite a community of refugees and creatives with the common goal to upcycle textile waste. I was responsible for creating a business plan and professionalise the association. I took this a little further and helped with several other activities: sewing workshops with refugees, launch of a website and a first product, raising funds, photo shootings, acquisition of new association members and many other things.
