"The impact of collaborations on the avant-garde fashion world"

To acquire my Bachelor of science in Fashion & Management, I had the task to work on a project consisting of a research report and a product, which was based on the research outcome.
Due to my personal interest in the avant-garde fashion world, I conducted research on the impact that collaborations might have on avant-garde brands. Below you will find a link to the entire research report.

I have conducted four case studies on the collaborations between Yohji Yamamoto x Supreme, Rick Owens x Moncler, Raf Simons x Robert Mapplethorpe and Maison Margiela x Highsnobiety to get an insight into both fashion & cross-industry collaborations.
Based on the collected data, the collaboration between Yohji Yamamoto x Supreme was likely to have impacted the Japanese brand detrimentally, which is why I have reinterpreted that collaboration to show potential improvement points. Below you will find a video that visualises the imaginary collection I have created.
